We are excited to have the opportunity to broadcast messages using our digital billboards to Gardner-Webb University and the surrounding Boiling Springs community. Below is a short list of necessary information we need in order to generate a display for the digital screens. Messages may include scheduled athletic or departmental events, special events, or general information for the school. Posted events and activities should be open to the general public. The duration of the message will be determined by Gardner-Webb's Creative Services Team based on the date of the event (if applicable), the significance and relevance of the message, and the quantity of messages to be displayed at the same time as the requested message.

Please note that we request three weeks' notice to create announcements for use on our digital signs.

Due to limited display space, your message may not exceed three (3) lines of text, each line of text must contain fifteen (15) or fewer characters per line, including spaces and/or punctuation. Formatting and associated graphics are left to the discretion of Gardner-Webb University's Creative Services; suggestions may be included in "special instructions" option:
Requests for billboard information should be submitted on this form to the Creative Services Team no later than three (3) weeks prior to the event. Gardner-Webb University's Creative Services reserves the right to adjust, modify, and if necessary, to reject any messages to be displayed on the billboard. Event requests are not guaranteed to be posted, but Creative Services will make every effort to fulfill your requests.
